Social Safari Experience Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Mombasa
- Welcome to Kenya! Upon arrival at Mombasa Airport, our driver will greet you and transfer you to your accommodation.
- Take some time to rest and prepare for the adventure ahead.
- Accommodation: Bed & Breakfast
Day 2: Explore Mombasa
- Guided tour of Mombasa, including a visit to Fort Jesus in Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Stroll through the local markets and visit Akamba Handikraft to witness artful carvings being made.
- Accommodation: Breakfast & Lunch provided
Volunteer Work Days (3-4):
- Welcome at Wana Wa Mola, a project for street children, followed by engaging activities and cultural experiences.
- Participate in evening activities with the children, including beach time, chapati making workshops, and more.
- Accommodation: Breakfast & Lunch provided
Day 5: Wasini Island Excursion
- Day trip to Wasini Island, with opportunities for dolphin watching and snorkeling in the azure waters.
- Enjoy a delicious lunch with fresh seafood on the island.
- Return to accommodation.
Day 6: Continued Volunteer Work
- Engage in volunteer activities, including feeding street children and visiting local communities.
- Donate food, clothing, or other essentials to those in need.
Day 7: Visit to Bombolulu Workshops
- Explore the Bombolulu workshops, supporting local artisans and purchasing crafts.
- Learn about vocational training opportunities for people with special abilities.
- Accommodation: Full board up to Day 7; Bed and Breakfast on Day 8
Day 8: Free Day
- Relax on the beach and explore Mombasa’s vibrant music scene.
Day 9: Leisure Day
- Optional visit to the crocodile farm or enjoy water sports on the beach.

Days 10-11: Sports and Game Days
- Organize and participate in sports and game activities with street children and community clubs.

Safari to Tsavo East National Park (Days 12-14):
- Embark on a thrilling safari adventure to Tsavo East National Park.
- Spot the ‘Big 5’ and other wildlife during game drives.

Day 15: Departure
- Say goodbye to Kenya or extend your stay with volunteer work on a permanent project.
